Supervision for Residents & Interns

If you are a pre-licensed therapist committed to providing excellent care and looking to develop greater skill and confidence, I offer structured, supportive supervision to help you meet licensure requirements and advance your professional growth. 

My supervision style is collaborative, encouraging, and focused on helping you develop both as a clinician and as a person. I believe in keeping the client’s welfare at the heart of our work, equipping you to help clients move through challenges and reach their goals; making sure you have the tools to care for your own mental health and professional growth along the way.

You can expect a mix of case consultation, skill-building, ethical guidance, and feedback on documentation. We’ll explore your clinical questions, strengthen your confidence, and make sure you feel supported as you grow.
