I am an experienced therapist and neurofeedback provider with a passion for helping people improve their mental health and well being while working towards the goals they hope to achieve in their life. Using evidence based therapy techniques, along with naturally training the brain using cutting edge technology, I work alongside clients to help them overcome the obstacles that are holding them back from the joyful, healthy life they deserve. For those who desire it, Christian counseling is also available upon request, integrating faith-based perspectives with evidence-based practices to support spiritual as well as emotional growth.
