Ebony Washington, LPC, MS, NCC, C-SAC
I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with over eight years of clinical experience supporting children, adolescents, families, and adults facing complex mental health and substance use challenges. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and Human Services, and an MBA in Healthcare Management. In addition to my clinical background, I proudly served ten years in the United States military, an experience that deeply shaped my values of resiliency, hard work, consistency, and diligence.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions to help clients identify and reframe maladaptive thought patterns, strengthen self-esteem, and develop effective coping and communication skills. I believe that personal growth and healing begin with a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
My military service instilled in me the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance—a principle I uphold both personally and professionally. I believe that caring for my own well-being allows me to provide the highest level of compassionate, effective care to my clients. I am committed to helping individuals build resilience, establish healthy boundaries, and achieve lasting emotional stability. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I strive to guide each client toward meaningful progress, balance, and long-term personal growth.
