Peak Potential Personal Development is a counseling practice focused on helping children, teens, and adults overcome the obstacles that are holding them back from living healthy, meaningful lives.

We are a small but growing team that values thoughtful, client-centered care, professional growth, and a collaborative environment where clinicians feel supported in their work.

We’re Currently Hiring:

Licensed Therapist

We are looking for a fully licensed clinician who is interested in working with children, teens, and/or adults and who value a collaborative, growth-oriented practice environment.

This role is based in Northern Virginia and may be in-person or hybrid, depending on availability and fit.

Resident in Counseling

We are looking for a resident who is looking for a supportive setting to continue developing their clinical skills while working with a diverse client population.

Supervision opportunities are available as part of this role.

Future Opportunities

Our next internship opening is expected in Fall 2026.
